Aaron Kircheis is a dynamic and versatile business professional with experience across a range of industries. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater, Aaron pursued a career as a professional actor, performing in theaters and short films on the East Coast. Following his time in the arts, he transitioned into the skilled trades as a professional carpenter.
Aaron's career took a new direction when he joined R.H. Foster in Hampden, Maine, as a New Media Marketing Specialist. In this role, he manages the social media presence for four distinct brands, overseeing more than 15 pages. His responsibilities also include creating photos and videos for various marketing initiatives. Within his first 120 days, Aaron's efforts resulted in a significant increase in engagement across the company’s social media platforms, reaching levels previously unseen.
In addition to his social media work, Aaron played a key role in organizing interviews with local charities and produced a 15-minute, documentary-style video for the company’s 2025 strategy summit.
Earlier in his career, Aaron held leadership positions, including serving as a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross and as an Aquatics Director for three years. During his tenure as Aquatics Director, he was recognized for running the most organized waterfront on the East Coast and was honored with the "Staff Member of the Year" award in 2022.
